...जन हित में जारी!
सुनो-सुनो-सुनो और ध्यान से सुनो......अगर किसी को अपना घर बिगाड़ना हो या फिर किसी पडौसी और रिश्तेदार से अपनी (अन्धरुनी छिपी हुई) दुश्मनी निकालनी हो तो, भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रायोजित, आतंकवादी "धारा 498-A IPC व घरेलू हिंसा अधिनियम" के तहत जगह-जगह माहिला सैल (घर बिगाडू सैल) पूरे देश में स्थापित किये गए हैं, उसमें शिकायत जरुर दर्ज करायें, और अपने पडौसियों व रिश्तेदारों को भी "घर बिगाडू सैल" में जाने की सलाह जरुर दें, वैसे 99% यही उम्मीद हैकि घर अवश्य ही बिगड़ जाएगा, लेकिन फिर भी ना बिगड़े तो समझ लेना, ऊपर वाला इसमें जरुर टांग अडा रहा है, वर्ना भारत सरकार ने तो इस नेक काम (घरबार बिगाड़ने) में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ रखी है......जन हित में जारी!
स्वाभिमान से जीने की इच्छा रखने वाले सभी देश वासियों से अनुरोध है कि 498-A का झूठा मुकदमा बनवाकर पूरे परिवार को बर्बाद करने वाली कुलटा औरत को कभी भी ना अपनाना....उसे तिल-तिल करके मरने के लिए माँ-बाप के भरोसे छोड़ देना चाहिए. फिरौती (black mail) देकर समझोता ना करें, फिरौती देकर समझोता करने से ही, देखा-देखी दूसरों के भी होंसले बुलंद हो रहें हैं और झूठे मुकद्दमे दर्ज हो रहें हैं.

How to Oppose IrBM in Loksabha...?? Give your Ideas/ Suggestions
How to Oppose IrBM in Loksabha...........?????? Please give your Ideas/ Suggestions Quickly................!!!!!!!!!!!
As you know IrBM has been passed in Rajyasabha, and Now ready for Loksabha. In next week it can be presented on any Day. Therefore you are requested to Respond Quickly. We did some efforts to oppose IrBM ,particularly in August Month. On 2nd at Jantar-Mantar with 4 persons, then on 9th at 10 Janpath, Sonia Gandhi 's House with 13 persons ,11 persons were arrested. We Did our level best, informed all persons of Delhi SIFF like SwarupSarkar & Others for Support. They intentionally did not Supported, but always interested to come before Media. Then Few People Came Out and Decided to do something, we came on Conclusion that---
Delhi SIFF people are not going to/ canot do anything Now. The persons outside Delhi are doing well like Calcutta people did Recently.
India has Population of 121 Crores , and Do you think that 20-30 people will do Magic at Parliament on Sensitive Issue...........???? Answer is NO.
The Need of Hour is-----
1) Minimum Gathering of 500+ people on even Short Notice.
2) Dedicated Road Activities, that become Event for Media.
3) Acceptence of Ground Reality/ New Idea.
4) Faith of Victims / Persons that we will do for Cause.
5) Councelling by Experienced Hands.
6) Intention to Help
7) Awakening + Motivation for the Cause
The Present Problems are---
1) We are not able to Cross the20/30 numbers.
2) Selfish Attitude
3) No interest for Ground Activities
4) Busy with intention to get photo in Media.
5) Loss of Faith of New & Old persons
6) Councelling by unexperienced persons leading to Confusion among new Commers.
7) Ignorence of Ground Reality
8) No Activities for actual Problem.
9) Intentions to take the Credits for Efforts of others, but no Self Dedication for Cause.
These are the outcomes that came after Deep Thoughts. Our intention is not to do leg pulling / to show others Down, rather creating the Transparent & Clear the Picture, so that FAITH of People is not Misused. We sincerely request you to give your Suggestions............. Fast................... so that we can deliver the Best

Solution to Get Rid of Maintanence Cases.....................
Solution to Get Rid of Maintanence Cases.....................
We all Fear that if we donot Pay Maintanence, Judge will send you to jail, even if you are Dyeing, Jobless, Burdened with Borrowed money. Courts as a General Rule will Always order for Maintanence to Women, Especially after NCW Recommended that Even if Women is Cheater, Disloyal then also minimum Rupees 1500 @ month for Lady. Judges are passing the orders even after knowing the Facts.
If you start paying Money, your Money will be used against you, cases will go long. But If you donot Pay................You will have Following Benefits..............
1) As the time will go on, your in-laws will bent as the Real Motive to Get Money remained Unsolved.
2) They will have pressure of Expenses of Lawyers.
3) If they are from Middle Class, She will Join Job, within one Year Time. This happens in Most Cases.
4) In Court she had Claimed, she is uneducated, Helpless, canot do anything to Survive. Now you can prove easily in Court that she is hiding the Facts from Court, Misleading Court & Wasting precious Time of Court.
5) If you donot have Money, Judge canot Jail You, provided you write to Court that i donot have Money, with Reasons. Like Joblessness, Responsiblity for Parents, Unmarried Sister, Kids Etc.
6) Even if you canot pay donot Say No. You ask from Court the permission to Sell your Blood, One Kidney & One Eye.. Ask the Judge Sir I am ready to Pay please give me permission. Judge/ Court canot Compell you to Sell Kidney, Blood & other Body Organs.
7) If You simply remain on this point, Judge will Just ask on provokation from advocate, but will not send you to Jail, If you follow Genuine Steps.
You just have to submit 4 Handwritten applications, + 3 Affidevit. & then Enjoy.
9) Work anything but no proof on your name.
10) Always go in Court in Old Torn, cloths without Iron, Old Sleepers, without shave of one Week.
In last 4 Years i paid no Maintanence.............Judges
